OT-I've a friend that is a copyright lawyer. Not all cases are similar. Some artists profit handsomely from their copyrights. It is virtually the only protection available to them. The artist..whether author or other, should hire a good lawyer to draw the protection or contract. I've learned one thing in life...nothing is 'fair'. S.
