WorldlyMate: Thank's for explaining the news embargo on the PPM. Several of us here in Dallas received PPM's late last month. While I know the company must remain silent, I can say this: a representative from Goff-Moore Capital in Fort Worth I socialize with called the company late last week to see what kind of deal GECC might be interested in and was told that hald of it was subscribed by a group from Birmingham, Alabama, and that they had 90 days of option time to acquire the balance, subject to formally escrowed sales of units displacing all or part of the remainder of the $2.5 million. I know that nearly $1 million more has been escrowed from subscribers here in Dallas. That means that they must have subscriptions for at least $3.5 million if my math is right. There are a lot of former HTVN investors that are using this opportunity at GECC to "average down" their losses from HTVN, and I am one of them! Also, GECC can not state in a PR what the PPM sold out % status is such as being 50% or 60% sold because that would be advertising the PPM and RegD Rule506 prohibits advertising any PPM. ************************ John :-) .
