Kent,

The stock is looking very strong now, but I think it will trade in the range of 13 to 20 until something happens to change the earnings estimate of 80 cents for FY-98, or a merger of some sort comes to the fore.

This week is a big week for semi stocks. Semicon WEST is being held in the Bay Area. It is so big this year, the convention is being held in both San Francisco and San Jose in order to have enough room. There will almost certainly be some positive or negative fallout from that affair.

The last several weeks have seen the semi stocks picking up momentum. I have no feeling if that will continue, and if so, how far it will go. There is certainly room on the upside if "the market" wants to go there. I try to evaluate the forces (those of which I am aware) working on the market, but I certainly miss a lot.

For now, I am staying fully invested. There may be some short turn swings to the downside, but I am very positive in outlook for the coming year. I just don't want to miss out when FSI is ready to "rock and roll". From Wednesday's close to Friday's close last week it moved up over 10 percent. Who knows what is going to happen this week?
