You are right. But I included them in my response to Russett/Gemsearcher trying to chill the search for some truth in accounting and transparency by either making me and anyone else that doesn't blindly accept their pronouncements as somekind of conspiracy nutcase or if that doesn't work to threaten to call the regulators, the cops, or the SEC. or perhaps the Canadian Securities Authorities...if there is such a thing. The financial press couldn't print an entire addition nowadays without using the word. As in another company was caught committing...... against the public shareholders
