HI Brian,

The front end inspection of the wafer before capsulation is a growing area.

To determine if the wafer is correct before the expense of capsulating it - is a test cost savings.

My little semi company (Intest) that I almost always forget about sent out their Annual booklet - in it they indicate that their sales where down less (relative to the industry)as a result of being in this segmment.

They manufacture the apertures(robotic arms) utilized in the inspection process. This preliminary testing also requires the heating of the wafer (one of their recent acquisitions).

Another nice small no debt niche play that is acting rather well lately.

FWIW

Bob
