Dipy, do you know who Mansoor Ijaz is. Here is something he has said and I hope he would have answered your question about why India as well as the US have not attacked Pakistan yet and instead is sending their military man, Rumsfeld. India will go across and strike at those terrorists camps after the US secures Pakistan's nuclear arsenal. Right now those Pakistani nukes are in the hands of Osama and his men.
