<< Watch out for those CPQ missiles. They might try to fire another one off when they get their launch site repaired >> Oh! No, Larry stop them now. Maybe I'll use my MOT wireless to call them up. I don't want them to fire anything off yet unless it got a high PE heat seeking war head. I don't like the last incident where it missed the DELL jet. Nothing can shoot down this Dell jet for now unless the Dell missile itself misfire to its own jet (friendly fire). << he may have sent his bulls out Friday on a mission to drive up the price of Dell before the split qualification date (Shareholders of record as of July 18)? How else can you explain an overpriced stock with a fat PE going up 9 3/8 points in one day?>> You are right he may indeed have sent his bulls out on a suicide mission to drive the price up and bought some at the peak, the rest of them maybe purchase when it got cheap, this way it looks good in my opinion. Some wounded bears may have raised the white flag and ran for cover last Friday, it was a bear bloody day, they never see such a bulls with a 9 ft horns, DELL PCs strapped on its back, no ears but keep running toward them.
I fly my jet over Dell head quarters, here is what I see: -Dell bulls are still very bullish, their horns grow longer, I will use it for my windsurfing mast after my bear catches them. Some horns maybe big and long enough to make my sail boat mast. -They too prepare to launch their rockets and aim at CPQ, next week we will see some late July 4th fireworks over the sky of Texas. -Dell was indeed enjoyed larger profit margin than CPQ. They have a low overhead cost I will bring out some of the many areas. Most people bought PC through the Internet are the experience users that do not rely on technical support they only care about the price and reliability (of course) so dell spent less money on technical support. Dell may not design PC mother board themselves they may have bought it from the reliable sources, spend less money on research and engineering. People go to the reseller store play with CPQ, IBM machine, come home and buy Dell computer through the Internet and magazine (which is cheaper). The fact that the Box's maker make more profit than the technical savvy head that pissed CPQ and IBM off. -DELL PE was in line with their earning and growth rate, but not now and the future. I think DELL will have to face a steeper competition from CPQ, IBM HP. which they beam their radar screens at the direct channel. Dell has to grow business on the server side too which the direct channel has its disadvantage. CPQ, IBM.. have a good name and repetition when the price are the same or less it would be interesting. We can beat this PE theory and its future growth to dead and say the same thing over and over again "over value stock" it won't stop the bulls from running, both of their ears are gone. The only thing that will stop DELL bulls from running is Mikey himself open his mouth and admit their profit margin will be slashed away by the competition or the next quarter earning show such result, if they still show a blow out result then the bears will definately in a deep S.(It is most unlikely). - I too like to buy DELL stock if it was not for the fact that every body is after this box's maker. -As a day trader playing on the down side, I just hope it give back last Friday points, make a quick bugs and watch for another opportunity. Any more Dell bull autopsy report? If I know enough about them, I can wear a bear suit with the DELL horn, run with the bulls, when the bulls get tired I will take off my horns and show them a sharp claw. Why not make money both up and down. I wish I had taken Larry suggestion last time.
PS. Windsurfing was fun last Saturday. Good luck for all of us both the short, the long , the good the bad and the ugly. |
