Listen Ronald Reagan defeated the Soviet Union by spending US dollars not US lives. I would rather have that any day. Clinton profited from the peace dividend and squandered our defenses refusing to extradite Bin Laden from the Sudan because he feared his reputation with the Arafat Arabs and his precious legacy as a peace maker.
