So just what was the startling new evidence that finally proved the global warming theory?

I don't know of any new evidence. I thought that the report was an indication that the powers that be had finally acknowledged the old evidence.

I'm not interested in a report by the federal bureaucracy- -unless it's an accurate summation of peer reviewed scientific journal articles.

Do you really think that the EPA produces reports containing scientific information that hasn't been peer reviewed? EPA is Peer Reviews R Us. I haven't read the report, but I'm willing to bet there's nothing off the wall in it. Bureaucrats don't take risks like that.
