Only if you are short and only if that is the historic low.

I really low BP is when you want to get bullish. If you are bearish and you see the BPSEMI at 26 and the traditional lows are in single digits, there is still a lot of damage that can be done.

Of course, if you are bearish, perhaps a little worry is a good thing.
