What do you expect to happen. The Prime Minister is sworn in, the Cabinet is in place. Just like any democracy. What happens in the US or UK. Same thing happens in India. If people don't like the performance of the Govt. they vote it out the next time around and get a new party in power. They had the Congress party then and the BJP now. Some states such as Kerala and Bengal have a Communist govt in their respective states. As I said even the Communist parties take part in democratic elections in India. I guess democracy is a contagious disease in India.

Then what is your source of opinion. If they are from people who live there or have visited and write news reports then I am one of them too and I can tell you that it is a good place to be because of the secularism, freedom etc. Off course the US is a better place. But US is not a reference here. It is Pakistan.
