Ron: I agree with you. This seems to have started out to be somewhat of a politically-motivated Internet "witch hunt" with substantive issues focused upon only as an afterthought. The SEC halting order is not definitive in its scope of detail. The least the shareholders deserve is concrete explanations for the cessation from the SEC. As far as the "ball being in GRNO's court", well the SEC halted the trading, it would seem based on innuendo, not GRNO. I would say that there is a ball sitting in the SEC's court to be more definitive as to why the trading was stopped and who the individual(s) were that reported GRNO to the SEC.

The SEC is an extremely important regulatory body and I certainly respect their mission. Let's hope that they, along with many other government agencies, don't view their role as Internet policemen to protect us, the poor little 'ole public, from ourselves. If so there are 100's of other forums, such as country club locker rooms, that they need to monitor as well. And I certainly hope that they (the SEC) realize that reform is a continuing process and that the necessity for reform will accelerate in the future and require for them to admit that they are wrong from time to time.

These are just my humble opinions and this magnificent media (the Internet) has allowed me to express my opinions.
