tip, I agree with what you say. However, my point is that a President or CEO or General or whatever hires experts in several fields to study things. For them to simply slough off the results of those studies without having other experts present their evidence is silly and makes you wonder why he spent the money in the first place.

The global warming story may be controversial. The hole in the Ozone is less controversial: VO5 hair spray caused it. <g> And growing pollution and the death of species are pretty non-controversial, though I did like the right wing counter-argument that cattle flatulence caused the rise in methane gases. <g>
