Is Glimmer (GME) Looking to Come Back on the Market?

Just doing my weekly rounds on SEDAR and came across the following posting:

sedar.com

I the link does not work I suggest you do your own SEDAR search and look for the June 3, 2002 link.

www.SEDAR.com

It's been a while since GME became delisted; but plans are to have an Annual General and an Extraordinary meeting in Toronto, on July 30, 2002 for shareholders of record on June 25,2002. Does this mean that the shares would be listed for some trading before the record date? If not, why would this be an issue? Would it not be the date of when the last trade occurred?
