Palermo had a statement a couple weeks ago about reviewing possible "financing" in 10-12 weeks. Typically when these deals are cut some announcement comes out that pops the stock up. The financing news only comes out later after the Reg S/D people have had a chance to short the stock. We've had no news lately and only an occassional volume increase. "It's quiet. Too quiet."
