It would be good timing. Get out while the getting makes you look good. If he does do that, then it is good news for gold. Bad news for the market and the dollar. The only pressure I can see on him is that someone wants to inflate in order to afford stuff, and prime the market. What else has the US got? We can all be lumber jacks, as we have left ourselves that option by living in the woods, eating grubs, and refusing to build slums like NY city. But they cannot stave off a depression. These things have to come like the leaves fall from the trees. Which is in march, right? EC<:-}
