Just listened to the ON24 interviews with these Analysts.

I really have to wonder if these guys are stupid or they really do "have it in" for WCOM. One cited the fact that WCOM equity has no value because enterprise value is $27 billion and the owe $32 billion.

What a crock of sh#t! WCOM did draw down it's $2.8 billion credit line a couple of weeks ago but they simply put that in a short term interest bearing account. Add this number to the $1.6 billion in cash on hand you get $27.6 billion actually owed.

There for Enterprise value = -.6 but that's only is you value assets that can throw off up to $2.5 bil (~ 10%) free cash flow as worth only $27 Billion!

Debt to equity will change immensely as debt gets paid off. Two years from now it will be a totally different picture with billions of $ in equity and massive cash flow. Further with everyone hurting price have to stabilize and go up. They have too. The whole telecom industry can't go tits up - least I don't think so.

Are these analysts simply stupid or just so chicken sh#t they're afraid to think for themselves or do they have ulterior motives? I don't know but citing misleading facts is real B.S. - it really makes you wonder how these guys can have access to the media when they are either incompetent or crooked!
