Texas Dude, there was no smear campaign against Anita Hill. The only smear campaign which took place was against Clarence Thomas. Imagine holding a week long televised congressional hearing over a lawyer being sexual harassed ten years ago with absolutely no evidence whatsoever? He described it correctly as a "high tech linching".

Demolibs who run the media broadcast that dribble day after day, without ONE shred of evidence to support her decade long complaint. It was a smear campaign of the tallest order. A smear campaign against a dedicated public servant who happened to be conservative.

She was a lawyer who graduated from one of the finest colleges in the country and could have worked practically anywhere. Yet, she chose to follow Clarence Thomas from job-to-job. If she was being harassed, why didn't she simply quit and file a complaint? In fact, she never actually filed a legal complaint at all, but simply told a story which was purposefully leaked to the press by the Demolibs serving on the committee who "hated" Clarence Thomas. For some in the media they actually wanted to see him dead.

Julianne Malveaux on Justice Thomas:
"The man is on the Court. You know, I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter and he dies early like many black men do, of heart disease. Well, that’s how I feel. He is an absolutely reprehensible person."
