If you subscribe to that, why would any country want to manipulate them and get even more civilians killed. This is a vicious cycle with no end in sight. IMO, there are those on the Israeli side that will only settle for total victory over the Palestinians, just as there are those on the Palestinian side that will only settle for total victory over the Israeli's. I think that President Bush was exactly right when he said that as the descendents of Isaac and Ishmael, they are both the children of Abraham. Viewed in this context, it should be obvious to everyone that neither side can prevail. Truly as case of "the irresistible force meets the immovable object". IC
