Micheal,

I agree. The ball is in the SEC's court still. GRNO needs to file an 8-K to be readmitted to the BB's. However, NASD must approve the company for readmittance and will unlikely be amenable until the SEC gives them some clear indication of the status and merit of the investigation.

That is why the SEC representatives response to Del Parker/Sen. Mikulski is misleading. For the company to file the necessary 8-K document at this time would merely be an act of futility.

That is why our representatives need to request the SEC to fast-track this investigation and state their results. But again, SEC investigators have no true vested interest in an expeditious process, which is where shareholders must state "their" case. My perspective is that I have done more research on this company and technology than I dedicate to most of my investments. Many other shareholders have followed the same course. We understand the risks of our investment as well as the technology. I certainly feel that I have a better grasp on GRNO as an investment opportunity than the SEC because I have seen the processor at work.

But I also know that if there was something significantly wrong with this company, it would not take a semi-skilled investigator, let alone a professional one, 4 months to "make a case".

This is the crux of my argument. The SEC has destroyed any semblance of an "orderly market" in GRNO and only some small statement of closure on their part in this case will begin to restore what they have taken.

Blame the company if you wish, but they have fired their legal counsel, as well as severed the relationship with Microcap due to the appearance of a conflict on Bo O'Brien's part. Now I ask, what else does the company have to do to meet the government's requirements??

Regards,

Ron
