sorry lee, i've been real busy with my son... havn't had a chance to check this messgae board in a while and I neglected to respond to your last email. go ahead and do whatever you need to do without me... maybe I can get more involved in the future, but i've decided that right now is not a good time for me to quit my full-time job. and, i really feel that a part-timer is not what you need as a partner. take it easy... and good luck with the room. let me know how things go.
