I don't think this was what many investors were hoping for. IDTI is handling this downturn extremely better than past major cycles but the stock is still over valued at this level imo. I see little upside potential until well into 2003. Th chance for a strong recovery in demand is muted by the fact that the telecomm sector will take a long time to pull itself out of debt.
