Nadine, That is like saying an arsonist is only responsible for the gas cannister he set on fire. Sharon lit the flame and the fire followed it's own course. He knew at the time that the situation was volatile and he chose to be antagonistic in a very visible manner. He wanted to spark trouble to expediate his rise to power. This in no way reduces the responsibility of the PA. I just don't buy the Sharon is a man of peace and Arafat is a terrorist argument. Niether man looks to me interested in anything but war and victory. Paul
