Commentary: Searching For A Winner By Baruti M. Kamau, Youth Wire Staff Reporter Cincinnati, Ohio - June 1, 2002 (Youth Wire) - I've been buying and selling penny stocks religiously for more than 10 years. During this time I've come across a handful of micro-cap companies that manufactured and distributed a product and thus made money for their shareholders. However, I did not become rich from investing in these companies because I did not own more than 100,000 shares. As a seasoned speculator in penny stocks, I've revised my strategy and is now searching for a company trading between $0.01 and $0.10 per share that is manufacturing and distributing a valuable product to the market. My goal is to gradually accumulate more than 100,000 shares of such company before the stock trades above $0.10 per share. My theory is that once the company's stock trades above $1 per share, I will have made enough money to take care of my family and finance my businesses.
Well, readers, I believe my search is over. I've found another micro-cap company manufacturing a product valuable to the marketplace. The company is Laforza Automobiles, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LFZA). According to Laforza's president and Ceo, David Hops, the company "...manufactures and distributes a luxury-class Italian sport utility vehicle available in the United States. The bodywork is styled by the renowned automotive stylist Thomas Tjaarda and is manufactured in Cherasco, Italy by Magnum Industriale. The drive train is a Ford 5.0 liter V-8 engine. The Company has recently added the Laforza Magnum PSV (personal security vehicle) and the Laforza VAV (military personnel vehicle). Final Assembly is performed at Laforza factory facilities in Cherasco, Italy and Escondido, California."

As we go to press, Laforza Automobiles common stock trades on the OTC Pink Sheets around 2 cents per share. I'm currently devising a plan to gradually accumulate as many shares as possible before the stock rises to the 10 cent level. If the stock price remain within the $0.01 - $0.02 range, then I can build my position for approximately $1,000 and $2,000 not including commission fees. I'm speculating that this stock will reach $3 - $6 per share within the next four years due to the demand for personal armored vehicles by the wealthy, business executives and law enforcement. It will probably take the company four years to get their Laforza Magnum PSV and Laforza VAV to market. Any readers thinking about buying this stock should do so as a long-term speculative investment.
