Worldcom's Neighborhood is becoming very popular in my area. I live in a rural community where a call to an adjacent area 10 miles away was costing me more than long distance calling across the country. Even watching my calls (with a special calling plan to reduce costs) it was costing me over $75 a month for phone service. The Neighborhood cost a little over $50 and has many addition features we didn't have before. Unlimited local, regional, and long distance will change our lifestyle. No more consideration for astronomical phone bills. Every one of my neighbors I talked to about it signed up within a day after learning about it. I see the Neighborhood is now being advertised on TV. IMO go long WCOM, short the baby bells.
