live in germany and visit france. that's the ticket. even better. live in switzerland and visit the other two if you can get a decent visa. otoh i hear crotian land is going cheap with nice vistas... but since the devil is going to new zeeeeeeeeeland, i've got to really think about anywhere else. as everyone knows i'm a rudder, not a mast.
