*AV*-[SVGI]-Alert, be very careful here. Since I was unavailable, certain snail mail and email was backed up. I just realized that Bloomberg came out on Friday (before the close) and speculated, in print, that SVGI was a takeover target by AMAT. Sources at SVGI (Engineer friend who is not high enough on the food chain) have no knowledge of this so it is either false or really closely guarded. Either way, this stock is going to be volatile and is a gamble as to which side of the transaction you want to be on.

If the acquisition is going to take place, it WILL occur this week at Semicon before Friday. Good Hunting everyone.

Careful-Well, if it is not taken over, it is trading at a high 65:1 PE which is in orbit. It is not that high if the DUV orders start coming in like with ASMLF. However, this stock was trading at 20-22 less than a month ago.
