The only insiders that are selling are Dr. Paul Brown who sells 5,000 shares a week through a trust that determines the price and when the shares will be sold. He has been doing this on a consistent basis for years whether the price is $7.00 or under a $1.00. He invested over $9 million of his own money into this company and did not receive a salary until the middle of last year. He has to pay his bills just like all of us as his sales are a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of shares that are traded on an annual basis. No other insiders are actively trading.
