Burt, Excluding the R&D writeoff taken as part of the Bit-3 acquisition, SBSE has $1.25 EPS in the bank, $1.32 estimated for FY97 ending Jun-30 and $1.60 estimated for FY98. At todays ask price of $24.25 this translates into a PE of 19.4, 18.4 and 15.1.
