Cash flow is good, but they do have 80 billion in debt. Plus, no one knows for sure what was and wasn't paid and what deals were and were not done properly. When you catch one fox in the hen house, you can usually be sure there were others eating the chickens as well.

p.s. I believe that the love of money has long dictated how the entire wallstreet machine has been run. It is loaded with graft and corruption. It is well orchestrated, however, and that is why it has survived and prospered for so long. But as they say, all good things must end someday. I think we are at that point, so traders may prosper on Tyco, but investors will get killed. This is a market for traders and con men. Honest, hardworking people are going to lose all they gained over the past 15 years if they don't wake up.

p.p.s. As for gold, it's my middle name -- $ORO$ -- remember it.
