I found two bond quotes for Leap on www.bondsonline.com One offered at 30.125 with first coupon scheduled for 10/15/05. The other offered at 55.25 currently paying coupons with settlement date of June 11. Maybe there are some jitters about whether Leap will pay the coupon?? Ron
