Cincinnati, Ohio - June 4, 2002 (Speculators Play)
Investors looking for a long-term speculative play in the penny stock market should consider Laforza Automobiles Inc. (Pink Sheets: LFZA). According to Laforza's president and Ceo, David Hops, the company "...manufactures and distributes a luxury-class Italian sport utility vehicle available in the United States. The bodywork is styled by the renowned automotive stylist Thomas Tjaarda and is manufactured in Cherasco, Italy by Magnum Industriale. The drive train is a Ford 5.0 liter V-8 engine. The Company has recently added the Laforza Magnum PSV (personal security vehicle) and the Laforza VAV (military personnel vehicle). Final Assembly is performed at Laforza factory facilities in Cherasco, Italy and Escondido, California."
Discovering a company with a tangible product trading for $0.01 per share on the Pink Sheets is rare. In my 11 year experience with trading penny stocks, I've only come across two Pink Sheets company trading for a penny that made me some money. They were Video Juke Box (OTC: JUKE) and VIP ComLink (OTC: VIPM).
In 1991, Video Juke Box was trading on the Pink Sheets under the ticker symbol JUKE for $0.01 per share. By the middle of 1994 this little penny stock had jolted to $4.62 per share. Video Juke Box was the first multi-media company to offer interactive pay per view videos.
In 1994, VIP ComLink was trading on the Pink Sheets under the ticker symbol VIPM for $0.01 per share. On March 10, 2000 at the height of the dotcom craze, rumor and speculation drove this little known stock up to $0.79 per share. In 1994, VIP ComLink claimed to be the first company to develop software that allowed the end user to convert the television, telephone and personal computer into one communication information device. VIP ComLink was unsuccessful in competing with bigger players like Telecommunications Inc. They were inactive from 1994 to 2001. Now the company is engaged in reselling an internet access and computer training package to urban youth and disadvantage peoples unable to afford traditional access to the information super highway.
In my opinion, Laforza Automobiles Inc. may be the next penny stock trading at $0.01 per share with the potential of trading higher than $1.00 per share over the next two, three or four years. It is possible that speculation could drive this stock above $0.15 per share within the next six months; since many speculators are expecting news to hit the market concerning $4.8 million in LFZA financing this month.
As a long term investor and speculator in the penny stock market, I encourage all of my readers to look into Laforza Automobiles, Inc. as a long term speculative play. The company is currently trading for pennies. A small investment of $300 at $0.01 per share could fetch 30,000 shares. If this company is successful in bringing their Laforza to market, your investment could be valued at more than $30,000 within the next three or four years. If this company fail, then a $300 loss is nothing. Most men blow $300 on a hot date.
There's plenty of information on the web concerning this company. There is even a paper filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The most reliable information about Laforza Automobiles can be found at their web site laforza.com |
