Eventually, they give up. That's when we want to look to get long.

This is happening, but it is distributed over different issues and over time. It seems like every stock is destined to get a turn in the barrel, they are all crashing separately so they aren't all being taken down at once. I don't think the indices are adequately showing this give up phase running through the tech issues at least.
