Gvander: Thank you for your input. It seems we're tracking more or less along the same lines. I am similarly involved in several of the companies you mentioned, along with some you didn't, such as Energy Conversion Devices(not a pure battery play, but they've got a great 3 prong product approach going in solar cell technology, NiMHd EV batteries, and the basic patent rights on DVD material technology) and Ballard, just to name two! A sidebar comment. If you've access to this past Sundays(7/13/97) New York Times, specifically the Sunday New York Time magazine, James Gleick has written a hilarious piece on batteries and the associated needs of todays hardware!
