Do you mean the equity P/C or the combined number?

Ahead of the bounce last month, the combined P/C was hitting similar levels as it is now.(and past few days)
Maybe not enough for a major bottom like september but good enough for a decent bounce, imho.

Just seems like Deja Vu to me.
