<<and make Enron a footnote>> jw: Enron is MUCH more than a footnote...Ken Lay and his cronies are responsible for triggering a huge crisis in confidence in the markets...btw, when will we see if The Justice Department has the evidence AND the balls to do some serious high level prosecuting of the former Enron Execs..??...IMO, the market will feel much better when Lay, Skilling, Fastow & Co. are behind bars (it doesn't matter whether its for insider trading, RICO violations -- you name it they may have done it...lets see what sticks in the court room)...=)
