That would be peanuts in terms of overall cost.

I think they are just trying to raise capital....that's why they are trying to unload a profitable division.

When the bankers are putting a gun to your head, you do whatever it takes to keep them happy. I imagine that is sort of what is taking place now.

That Neighbourhood plan as I said is a dumb move because i suspect it will be cashflow negative in the short to medium term.
