Raising of children? Was that a leap or what? I was advocating child protection guidelines. Guidelines that would be enforceable in public places. You still have not adequately dealt with my comparable scenario (the community rec center that has ping pong paddles, tennis rackets, and hand guns available to children).

Unsuitable to what? To a checking out process and procedure? I don't see why that would be true. The effort to browse and select web sites is on the browsing patron, as always. Some times I browse for twenty minutes before finding one site that provides what I am looking for. The checking out process could be lightening fast if some simple software were developed to assist in the procedure.
