telecomguy, are you reselling VoIP minutes on your international routes? Also, would you happen to know if WCOM's domestic NP uses packet voice, as opposed to circuit switched, be it ATM (a la Passport's) or IP (whoever's)? I've been hearing rumblings that at least two IXCs are planning to roll out IP voice to broadband users over cable modem and dsl, and to regular POTS customers via gateways, thus circumventing the last mile hostage situation along with the call termination fees (assuming their gateways are located optimally in calling- and called- party markets).
