I'll make one quick comment on what Grover said:

The points he brings up Re:" The Neighborhood" are significant. Some are saying stay away from LD because its a diminishing industry. MCI's "The Neighborhood" isn't really LD and it isn't really local. Its unique and it turns the whole industry on it's ear. It makes the whole U.S.A. "local".

This is the direction phone service is going and MCI/WCOM is out in front and perfectly positioned. Its likely to be a real cash cow with reported margins of 40 - 50%. No other company right now is positioned to compete. A perfect fit with UU NET.

It's huge. It revolutionary. It's industry leading. What if 10 - 20% of the nation end up taking advantage over the next few years? It's going to spread like wildfire.
