Medinah Minerals and Anthony Elgindy....

Medinah Minerals, Inc.

Legal Update

medinahminerals.com

Management of Medinah Minerals, Inc. has received numerous requests for
information about Amir Elgindy, a.k.a. Anthony@Pacific, and his interaction
with the Company. Elgindy, recently arrested for various securities offences,
was a Medinah basher for several years, and led an attack that coined the
phrase, “Medinah was being run by a convicted felon with no mining
experience,” and other such derogatory remarks.

Management reports that Elgindy demanded payment of 1,000,000 free
trading shares of the Company and, in exchange, he would stop bashing and
shorting. Medinah refused to accede to his demands and filed a lawsuit in the
State of Nevada against him together with numerous
other bashers.

Management believes that Elgindy was a serious illegal shorter and basher of
Medinah stock and suspects the involvement and collusion of several other individuals identified, and to be
identified, in the current lawsuits. We now have much more information on
Elgindy and we believe a conspiracy connection will soon be unveiled.

The various lawsuits filed in Nevada are proceeding.
