Here's an interesting family law situation. seattletimes.nwsource.com In my own backyard, as it were. I'm sure it'll be part of the discussion at the annual Family Law Conference I'll be going to later this month. I'm torn over what the right thing to do is. I could argue either side with some convincement. And I have no idea what the appropriate statutes and precedents may be.
