IC. My question was do YOU consider the pall homicide bombers a useful tool.

If you are asking if I think the Palestinians should be conducting suicide bombings, the answer is no.

However, different cultures apply different standards to what is acceptable. The Japanese code of Bushido allowed for suicide attacks against military targets during war. The Palestinians say they are at war, but suicide attacks against civilians, or attacks outside of the refugee camps goes too far and cannot be justified as self defense IMO.

If the suicide attacks stop, there will be Palestinian State quickly in my opinion.
