> Develop new software when they already have and the market isn't buying Oracle is developing new software, in case you haven't noticed. They have a steady stream of new products and new features for existing products, and they have more developers this year than last year (and for every year that I've been following the company). I don't have a problem with them buying back stock, but if they did this instead of investing in R&D I would have a big problem.
