Ron: the ball is also in the SEC's court since, based on my information, they have not even visited GRNO's processor prototype site. They stated in their intentionally vague order that they questioned the testing of the GRNO processor. Well it has been how many months since the investigation began and they have not visited the site. This certainly highlights the fact that someone's hidden agenda was more the HUGE THREAT from the InterNet on fraud and not the testing of the equipment as stated in their order.
