Let 'em "finger" print elbows, kneecaps or noses. Careful Lee... Some of them custom officials (a burrocrat) hardly know their own anatomy... Now, you start asking them to "finger" what would appear to be, (to the naked eye), an alien nose and you may get into some other type of problems... [and I am not talking only the legal kind... wink, wink... nudge, nudge... if ya know what I mean]
