NDX has come off -45 i see, now -33, but the SPX getting worse, now -13.50. So it's the NDX is what they are fighting to levitate. This might be PPT, but also could be some Big Boys trapped that want to sell the open and minimize their loss.
I haven't heard the term Limit Down for sometime. Do we still have that?? Max
