Have had excellent experience using both StreetSmart and eSchwab. Excellent support, easy to use. The cost (29.95) is a little higher, but worth the difference. The one feature I like, in comparison to other brokers, is the ability to enter stop orders. Many brokers do not accept these even for non-electronic trades. In eSchwab stops can be placed within minites of the buy order. This can avoid some ugly surprises if you cannot track prices during the day.
