Gerry controls less than 10% of the float. He can only sell La Plata if others agree with him. With the stock price being 6 cents, I can't imagine who would agree with him. I don't know who has the other 17-18 million shares. Are there some big 1/2 million share holders? Does anyone actually show up for these meetings? I have heard on various threads from investors who have voted no. I have not heard from anyone who has voted yes.

Gold's at $326. I can't see anyone who attends willing to vote yes without a plan in place for what to do with the company. Gerry set up a catch 22 when it comes to gold. We can't drill La Plata with our million because if we fail to prove it up we have nothing. But we can blow alomost the entire wad on an oil spec. I didn't mind the oil spec, but we risked too much on one hole. When it missed we lost 2/3 of our last AM share price. Ouch.

Someone was buying at .06 yesterday. Now that's speculating! Best thing to do right is sit on the 200,000 that's left and use it to keep control of La Plata. At $350 gold it should draw some attention. I'd like to believe that VRB will move, but it could be months before that helps any.

Question--how many shares does Gerry nee to pass these resolutions...50%?
