I think you're right, memory bandwidth has doubled, and the 845Gxx now delivers equivalent graphics benchmark numbers as the std geforce2MX AGP cards, which makes a 50%-60% mkt penetration of all P4 machines by Q4 a foregone conclusion.

Even the old 815 grabbed an easy 50% on the socket370 space.
